PE
PE will not start until 9/23.
Your child will have PE 2 times a week. On either Tuesday and Thursday or Wednesday and Friday your child will meet Mrs. McCallihan at the park (if the weather is good) in the gym (if the weather is poor).
PE will start at 8:10.
Students will not be marked tardy until 8:30.
Something to keep in mind, morning work will also start at 8:10 in the Lightning room. So it might be easier for your family to just come each day at 8:10 instead of remembering which days your child has PE.
The handbook (p 15) states that students need to be at school by 8:25 and ready for learning at 8:30. We are maximizing each moment that our doors are open. We can't wait to start.
