Four Summaries from David
The Tale of Despereaux By Kate DiCamillo
There are tons of books that have had movie adaptations The Hunger Games, Harry Potter, and this book.
So for this summery I will be comparing the film and book version of, The Tale of Despereaux.
This books story is pretty simple (in my opinion), a giant eared mouse named Despereaux,
is sort of an outsider in his community lacks an essential thing that makes a mouse a mouse,
to cower. Despereaux then finds an old tale that fascinates him, and his bravery , will come to use very soon
It is the same story in the movie, but let me tell you why the book is better than the movie
1. Better explained Characters
The Characters in this book feel so much more emotional than the movie,
which really says something about the film
2. A lot more fun
3.You feel involved
This is because the author calls you "Reader" the whole way through the book and, I did not imagine
that it would have such an impact on me, and you feel like your along for the ride.
And those are my thoughts on The Tale of Despereaux.
Fantastic Mr. Fox By ROALD DAHL WHOOOOO
You know that from an intro like that this book must ROCK!!!!!
No wonder there is so many peeps reading this am I right?!
Let me just act normal hold on, ah there we go.
Fantastic Mr. Fox is an EPIC book so read now because if you don't uhhhh, Miley Cyrus will come come to your house hahaha!!
And it has a very simple story,
Mr. Fox has a family of his own and everything is perfect,
but Fantastic Mr. Fox is stealing from three mean farmers - Fat Boggis , Slim Bunce, and Skinny Bean.
And now they are hunting down Mr. Fox, and his family. It is now up to Mr. Fox to help him and his family survive.

Nancy Drew: The Crime Lab Case By Carolyn Keene
Okay is the summary of this book. Not BAD, okay, and let me tell you why, it was SLOW. And slow is very bad for a book, because #1 it gets boring. The Characters however are very good, all of them have a purpose.
The Story is about three students, Bess, Ned and George. The three students are at forensics camp, but when the
professor of the camp goes into a coma the case begins. So it's pretty interesting, but slow BEYOND belief.
Brian's Winter by Gary Paulsen
I was really excited to get this book because I LOVED Hatchet it was just so intense, and the same for Brian's Winter. This book isn't really a sequel, it's kind of a alternate events story, because at the end of Hatchet, Brian was saved at the end of summer, but in this he wasn't and that's basically the story. But man!!!! This book is intense! And this book really does shake up my summer reading list.
